This project was conceived due to the concern of gender inequity in coffee crops in San Agustín (Huila), presenting low participation of women in the administrative and operational processes of the crops.

Therefore, a training process was carried out with the National Apprenticeship Service (SENA) allowing the training of 42 women in agrarian and administrative issues, with which women can be included in the industry, which is one of the most representative in the area, allowing to improve the quality of life of them and their families.

Inconexus in alliance with this group of women has built the project,  training and accompanying them throughout the production process, allowing them to improve the quality of the crops and achieving environmental sustainability processes, leading them to the production of specialty coffee which has a better price in the market, improving their income.Fragancia/aroma: Frutos rojos, mora, caramelo, malta.
