This program was created to benefit the indigenous community of Ingas located in Nariño which seeks to preserve the traditional way of honey fermentation.
This indigenous community was for a long time in the production and commercialization of illicit crops, due to the conditions of violence that existed in the territory, by their own will of this indigenous people, a process of elimination of these crops was carried out, seeking sustainable ways to generate income for the community where the cultivation of coffee appeared as the most appropriate option, changing the identity of this community, separating it from illegal activities.
The Coffee crops have as its axis the care, protection, and conservation of mother earth, a process that has been achieved due to the accompaniment and training of Inconexus in the proper management of crops in territories, achieving highlighting their coffee by the way of cultivation respecting ancestral traditions.
